My personal goal in life is encourage healthy families and marriages. The problem today is that people’s ability to create healthy emotional attachments are being ruined before they even enter marriage. Its like trying to lock up something valuable to protect it but you find out too late the lock is already broken. Sexual explotation is ruining families either by people being sexually abused as childern or learning to sexually detach early on. My concern also is Christians are becoming numb to our hypersexual society and hardening their hearts to Holy Spirit when He is grieved when we watch too much sexual explicit material. Porn is VERY addictive, because its sex without any seemingly negative consquences. It relieves stress and releases dopamine in the brain. Like all dopamine related addictions the more you release in your brain, the more you need to get the desired effect. That is why porn addicts often need darker kinds of sexual stimulation.
